Standard Delivery £4.50

3-5 working days (excludes public holidays)

Next Day Delivery £8

Must be placed before 12pm Monday-Friday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday and arrive on the following working day.

Uk delivery only.

We currently do not offer International shipping.

Returns

We really hope you love every Haus of Series item you purchase, However, if you do need to make a return you’re welcome to do so within 14 days of receipt.

All returned items must be sent back to us in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if items are non-saleable.

To return any items, please re-package (including your invoice) and send to the following address. There will always be a return address label included with your invoice.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs when returning your item.

Refunds

If the return is in the same condition as it was sent, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7-10 working days after receipt of the garment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
